Awesome weddings don’t have to be large weddings. Lacey and Tommy proved that. By choosing to have no bridal party, they made for a relaxed and easy group to work with. By choosing Top of the Rock wedding chapel in Branson, they chose the most premier wedding chapel in southern Missouri. And to top it all off, the sunset that evening was a jaw dropper. As a result, it all sorted out to be an absolute stunner of a wedding day for these two. I was honored to be chosen as their photographer.
One of the things that we pride ourselves in, is being able to balance the light at the Top of the Rock chapel perfectly. With the sunset behind the bride and groom, it can be tricky for most photographers and videographers to capture the subjects (in the shadow) as well as the backdrop (in the sunlight). It’s taken years to perfect this technique, but man do we love the outcome!
